The Stony Point Football Summer Speed and Strength Camp is a great opportunity for middle and high school athletes to improve their physical fitness and athletic abilities. This camp focuses on developing speed, agility, and strength, as well as enhancing flexibility and injury prevention. With experienced coaches and trainers, athletes will receive personalized instruction to help them reach their full potential. The camp is open to all middle and high school athletes, both girls and boys, regardless of their current skill level or sport. Participants will not only improve their physical abilities but also their confidence, work ethic, and teamwork skills.   • 7:30 – 9:00 – Girls (7th-12th), 7th & 8th grade boys
  • 8:30 – 10:30 – 10th, 11th, and 12th grade boys
  • 10:30 – 12:00 – Incoming 9th grade boys
