Stony Point Football players and families! The highly anticipated Meet the Tiger Night is right around the corner on August 8, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome all our new and returning Tigers this August! As proud members of the Stony Point Football Booster Club, this is an event we look forward to each year, and we hope you’ll join us for a great evening.
The heart of Meet the Tiger Night lies in the spirited Parade & Pep Rally, a showcase of unity and pride that will take place in our very own Tiger Stadium (weather permitting). Our talented Tiger Dancers, Tiger Band, Tiger Cheerleaders, and more will give electrifying performances, filling the air with contagious enthusiasm and setting the stage for an epic football season ahead.
Before the Parade & Pep Rally, kick off the evening with the vibrant Tiger Marketplace! Starting at 5:00 pm, explore the Small Gym as it transforms into a bustling hub of activity. Different this year, the Marketplace will be open for two hours with vendors showcasing their spirit wear and goodies, ensuring you’re geared up for the season. Be sure to stop by and visit the Stony Point Football Booster Club booth in the small gym.
The timeline for the event is as follows:
- 4:00 pm: Organizations may set up booths in the Tiger Marketplace (Small Gym)
- 5:00 pm: Tiger Marketplace opens to the public
- 6:30 pm: Students/Football players begin to line up to participate in the parade (Cafeteria)
- 7:00 pm: Marketplace closes
- 7:15 pm: Parade of Tigers & Pep Rally (Tiger Stadium)
